Chief Information Security Officer (m/f)
Dutch Caribbean Air Navigation Service Provider N.V.
DC-ANSP serves as the air navigation service provider for the Curaçao flight information region (FIR) boasting over 18 years of experience in guiding aircraft through the skies, ensuring seamless landings and departures in Curacao and Bonaire and overseeing efficient air traffic management in the Curacao Flight Information Region. Additionally, we take pride in our role to publish aeronautical information for the six islands of the Dutch Caribbean.
DC-ANSP’s main priority is to deliver safe, efficient and environmentally sustainable air navigation services while leveraging innovative technology and foster collaboration with stakeholders within the ATM industry.

Your key responsibility in this role will be to further develop and manage the information security (cybersecurity) system of DC-ANSP. This entails translating policy into protocols and ensuring adherence to procedures.
You will be:
- Implement information security management system and develop procedures.
- Supporting the organization with the implementation of policies, procedures and measures related to information security.
- Advising the management on the strategic direction, tactical choices, and operational measures that need to be taken to promote and safeguard information security.
- Conducting risk analyses to identify information security risks.
- Translating information security rules and guidelines for operational purposes.
- Developing programs to promote awareness among staff.
- Staying up to date on local and global developments regarding information / cybersecurity.
You have:
- A relevant completed HBO and/or WO education;
- Certification in information security such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent;
- At least five years of work experience in the field of information security;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English, as well as sufficient knowledge of Spanish;
- Knowledge and experience in ISO 27000, risk management, and computer technology.
