Under the authority of the government of Curaçao and on behalf of DUTCH CARIBBEAN AIR NAVIGATION SERVICE PROVIDER (DC-ANSP), all aircraft operators or Airline that are not an IATA member, and are planning a flight to transit the Curaçao Flight Information Region (TNCF FIR), will be billed via the following link:

Non-IATA members should sign up for an account on the aforementioned link and make prepayments for their Flight planned route within (TNCF FIR). Operators who plan a flight to transit (TNCF FIR) and do not have an account and/or insufficient balance in their account, cannot transit( TNCF FIR).
