Dutch Caribbean Air Navigation Service Provider N.V. (DC-ANSP) DC-ANSP serves as the air navigation service provider for the Curaçao flight information region (FIR), boasting over 18 years of experience in guiding aircraft through the skies, ensuring seamless landings and departures, and overseeing efficient air traffic management in the Curaçao FIR. Additionally, we take pride in our role to publish aeronautical information such as aeronautical charts covering the six islands of the Dutch Caribbean and issue flight plans and Notice to Airman (NOTAM).

What does this role entail?
As a Roster Planner Operations, you will create yearly and monthly working schedules and ensure the efficient allocation of staff. You will plan regular and ad hoc services, take into account legislation and guidelines, and coordinate the allocation of personnel for projects. Additionally, you will monitor compliance with schedules, improve scheduling methods, and advise managers on workforce planning.
Your profile:
- HBO level
- Knowledge of Logistics and Business Administration.
- Technical affinity.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
